We don't believe a 10-year enrollment prediction is enough to justify a school closure, as we feel enrollment is cyclical and will continue to fluctuate. But here are some different ways to look at it
The Cropper Report predicted a decline in enrollment. We had the data from the Cropper report analyzed to determine why there was a downturn predicted. It seems the Recession around 2008 could've affected Cropper's prediction, in conjuction with inacurrate new-construction estimates. Take a look at the analysis of below.
