After hearing the School Facilities Committee HHU recommendation, many were left wondering: Are there other options that could prevent the closing of a school? Shouldn't this be a last resort? A 2-school scenario was thoroughly investigated and preferred from the beginning. The SFC did not spend enough time on a 3-school solution. There are other options that should be explored, before a recommendation to close a school.
